Exciting news for tech enthusiasts! Pine64 has announced the launch of its latest single-board computer (SBC) - the STAR64. The SBC, powered by the StarFive JH7110 Quad-Core RISC-V processor, will be available for orders starting from April 4th.

The STAR64 comes equipped with a host of features including two LAN GbE ports, one HDMI port, one PCIe slot, and more. The SBC is powered by the StarFive JH7110 Quad-Core SiFive U74 64-Bit CPU with speeds of up to 1.5GHz. It also has the Imagination Technology BX-4-32 GPU with support for OpenCL 3.0, OpenGL ES 3.2, and Vulkan 1.2.

The STAR64 will be available in two configurations - 4GB and 8GB LPDDR4 memory. The SBC can boot up from the MicroSD card, the eMMC module (not included), or from the onboard QSPI NOR flash memory.


Wireless connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. The 40-pin expansion header provides access to interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, etc. However, it is important to note that the STAR64 requires a 12V/3V power supply which is not included with the order package.


The STAR64 product page is already live, and Pine64 has mentioned that the 4GB memory variant will cost $69.99 while the 8GB variant will cost $89.99. The SBC will be available for orders from April 4th.
